Toilet Etiquette 101
I saw this sign inside the women's restroom at a mall in Chinatown* and thought my readers might find the content helpful (as well as the depiction of improper toilet etiquette as shown by the diagram toward the bottom of the sign)
Five Easy Steps to Better Toilet Etiquette:
1. Wipe the seat.
2. Flush.
3. Wash your hands.
4. Dry your hands.
5. Toss your rubbish into the bin.
With these helpful hints, you will be on your way to becoming the kind of patron any janitor would love to have using his restroom!
* I thought it was quite humorous that this sign appeared in Chinatown since squatty-potties are all you can find in that district, effectively making item #1 of the 5-step program an impossible task.

Wow. I'm speechless. Posters on toilet etiquette.
Ummm ...
What is funny to me is not so much the poster itself (though the drawings are amusing), is considering the possible whys behind such a poster would be necessary.
I don't even want to go there! :o)
Wow. That's . . . different.
I was struck again this morning while reading this post how great a resource you're building up here through this blog for anyone moving to Singapore. You talk about the most unusual yet everyday things that people would not think to ask about, yet would benefit from knowing in a big way!
You will remember these guidelines while visiting here over Christmas, right? ;-)
think I'll pass on this one!!!!!
Well if nothing else you should be getting plenty of entertainment while your there!
